Payments, refunds and the fine print

Short version: the $250 fees are non-refundable deposits that count toward the service if you move forward.

Refund policy

Trip planning fee ($250)

A non-refundable deposit. It pays for the research and planning work. Launch offer: if you book your trip with me by Dec 31, 2026, the full $250 is credited toward the booking. It is not refunded for any reason, including if you decide not to travel or not to book.

AI strategy call ($250)

A non-refundable deposit. It is credited toward a project if you start one with me within 30 days of the call. It is not refunded for any reason.

Rescheduling

Need to move a call? Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, or email me, at least 24 hours ahead. The deposit stays on file.

Agreement

By paying either fee, you confirm you have read and agree to this policy.

Travel bookings

I book travel as an independent advisor with Fora Travel. Hotel, cruise and other supplier payments are made through Fora and the supplier, and each supplier's own cancellation and refund rules apply to those bookings. The planning fee is separate from anything you pay a supplier.
